Description

Pangea Health is a software enabled healthcare sales marketplace. It allows healthcare companies to promote their products and services directly in provider offices with Pangea Health's pool of independent healthcare sales representatives, who access Pangea Health's network of provider offices, follow up on leads, and stay informed of their process from visit to cash-out.

In my role as the only product designer, I worked closely with my PM, client stakeholders, and engineers to craft the mobile app experience for the independent sales rep from 0-1 with research and findings from usability testing.

Result
Pangea Health launched within just seven months and quickly secured additional seed funding in the following month.

💼
Watch out, it's a bird, its a plane, it's...
an independent sales rep?!

Healthcare companies historically employed their own teams of sales reps to speak with healthcare professionals about what they may need for their patients, facilities, and offices. However, this can be costly and time-consuming to scale. Being able to leverage a dynamic sales force to promote their products and services would open up a new growth avenue for healthcare companies.

Pangea Health's vision is to build a nationwide network of independent sales reps, with a wide range of experience, from seasoned professionals to those new to healthcare sales, to promote products and services to Pangea's network of provider offices. These sales reps would have the flexibility to choose which brands to promote and which provider offices to go to, getting paid for each visit.
